How to drink red wine?

1. First, you have to consider the temperature of the wine. For example, in summer, mulled wine is not good. It must be frozen before you drink it. Remember, red wines are usually best served: 15 to 18 degrees; white wines are best served: 5 to 8 degrees.
2. Second, you have to see if the bottle in your hand really needs to be decanted. Don't pour all the wine into the wine cabinet at once, so the wine's flavor won't be as strong. Over 90% of wine can be drunk without waking up. The price of this wine is generally around $20. Includes many table wines from the New World and some new wines from the Old World. This wine is easy to drink. The fresher the better. So the closer we are, the better.
3. Generally speaking, the focus of food pairing is: white wine with white meat, red wine with red meat. 6. Don't mix things up. You can taste different brands of wine in a row, but you can't taste liquor, beer, and wine, especially beer. If you drink red wine, it's easy to get drunk no matter what you order. A large amount of carbonic acid enters the stomach with red wine, stimulating faster absorption in the stomach. After all, red wine mixed with Sprite is sweeter and easier to import.
